The living area features a lounge with a television and a central wood-burning fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Two furnished terraces and three balconies complement the space, featuring a hot tub and an outdoor Nordic bath. This penthouse offers an elevator, a wine cellar, a billiard table, a ski room, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen essentials, etc.
