The Villa is a large, very recently redecorated chalet offering breathtaking views of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. Most bedrooms and living areas feature windows and large bay windows overlooking the garden, pool, and lake, allowing light and views into the home.
You will enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding landscape from the pool, the outdoor lounge area with parasols and sun loungers by the pool, the large outdoor dining table with barbecue, and the spacious wild garden. Please note that the garden is sloped. It is an ideal space for playing and running, but it is not suitable for a football match!
The property is fully secured with a manual gate and a fence. Bicycles and sports equipment can be stored in the lockable pool house. The Villa offers complimentary parking for up to 6 cars.
A significant advantage of this property is the breathtaking view of the lake and its surroundings, along with quick access to superb hiking and cycling trails. Walking to the village may take approximately 20 minutes downhill and likely twice that time uphill. Electric bicycles are an excellent way to get around and return to the property.
